Description
The PMP credential recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources. Leading organizations and governments around the world invest in professional credentialing for project management. Preparation for a PMI credential requires study and review of current project management processes.
This course is designed for corporate and professional individuals who have an interest in competing and winning in these challenging economic times by increasing their knowledge and obtaining additional credentials. Project Management is a skill that is transferable from industry to industry and is used to improve the efficiency of projects, within the budget and in a timely manner.

Course Comments
This is a hands-on, interactive, collaborative course. Students must be prepared to work with others in groups. This class is designed to accommodate all skill and experience levels and is excellent next step for students who have taken a Project Management introductory course or have little experience with projects. Students will be provided with a manual containing module slides and student notes. This course is certified by PMI for preparation for the PMP Exam.
