Description:
Focus on the fundamentals of designing and publishing home pages with the HTML language interface. We will address topics including identification and utilization of HTML elements, differentiating relative and absolute paths, defining and anchoring links, and importing graphics.
Prerequisites:
Internet, Introduction - Online or have equivalent knowledge and skills

Getting Started with CSS.
Formatting text with CSS.
Inserting and working with hyperlinks.
Inserting and working with images.
Organizing Content with Lists and Tables.
Implementing page layout with HTML and CSS.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
know the new fundamentals of HTML5.
Know the latest standard specification for web authoring.
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of HTML tags and how they are used to create a web page.
Be able to demonstrate integration of CSS within HTML to provide formatting control over the look of the website.
