Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare

This course has been customized to meet the unique needs of current and future healthcare professionals. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be certified as Lean Six Sigma Green Belts in Healthcare. Lean Six Sigma Green Belts in Healthcare work directly with cross-functional project leaders to carry out identified improvement projects using LSS methodologies within a healthcare organization. Green Belts can implement all of the appropriate tools to lead independent local projects when necessary.

ZLSS-1001: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The LSS Yellow Belt course is a required prerequisite for enrollment in the Green Belt for Healthcare course. This course blends 14 hours of traditional classroom instruction with 15 hours of required online learning and assignments. To receive Green Belt Certification, participants must attend all class sessions, complete all online assignments and complete a College approved Lean Six Sigma project. All course materials included,lunch voucher is included for each day of classroom instruction.
